So for a do it your self non mechanic guy this job looks very difficult and i have to replace the slave on my c6 grand sport. Any tips to help me out

My advice if you’re doing it at home, invest into 2 nice floor transmission jacks. To do the slave you don’t need to pull the Transmisson/toque tube all the way out just need to pull everything back far enough to pull the slave out past the input shaft and can fish it out thru the bell housing area. Make use you get the billet cap for the sale. Check out the Z06 FBO video on my channel i get in depth on that one too for the clutch

But if your non mechanic guy i would pay someone cause its a lot of work. You can also take it apart in sections to make it easier. Start with the shifter, then rear subframe/suspension, transmission and diff together then the tq tube from the bell housing

Thanks for your advise i think im gonna tackle it myself cause dealership told me over 3000 dollars just in labor lol no thanks
