Thank you soooo freakin much for showing how you did the wire at the top of the beads! I made some simple earrings the other day and was having a horrible time figuring out how to do the wire! This makes much more sense than what I did! lol

I just love this project (I love leaves lol) and also, I'm REALLY loving hearing the trains pass by with the horns honking. I grew up close to a track which carried a train and the horn sounded exactly like that. It went by right around bedtime as a kid. So hearing it just brings back fond memories of my past. I'm learning so much from you, Yvonne. Thanks for your very, very cool videos! You are my crafting idol! So cool that you do metalworking, jewelrymaking, leatherworking, and I'm sure you've probably done papercrafting (my first love, but I have a lot of other interests) and I dunno what else! Fletching? Armorcrafting? Cooking? 🤔Something tells me you don't cook much😉. Sewing?🤔 Oh, hula hooping!! That's not a craft, though. But it's pretty unique! 😉

Thanks for sharing this tutorial. Funny I had the exact ideas but haven't done them yet. Lol. Thanks for the tips on bead caps I created a bracelet that the beads keep moving around and ruined the look. I ended up taking it apart.
I made some with the gears and it looked cool looking. Make the gears when folded kind of intertwine!

I bet using a plastic headed hammer would be useful in rounding the filigree on the needles ... Especially where the edges overlap .,. Would make a cool bookmark for those people that still read books ... Lol

Yvonne I got the wrong size wires. I got 22 gauge Square and 1/2 round I got 20 gauge they didn't work. I had rectangle beads. My spacers were a little smaller than the bead. Do you think that would make a difference with the spacers being smaller because they didn't line up. The wire would squish in the middle of the 2 spacers. Just would not stay on the side of the beads would bend between the spacer beads. I will have to get the right side everything because these wires are to soft. Thank you for the bead and wire you sent me. I think the bead is beautiful.
