I really enjoy this channel. Doing crafts like this was recommended to work through some PTSD. The way you explain things, the tone of your voice etc... is just calming. Also helpful in learning to adapt to only having partial use of my left hand. I'm incorporating a lot of this stuff into other projects, it really helps expand my creativity. Best channel of this type on CZcams! Thank you!

Thanks for the confirmation Doug. Am currently challenged with the old childhood PTSD as I had a cancer scare that turned out great but can't dial it back YET and was hoping this craft/art will be soothing. Crocheting sure wasn't. Am tickled pink by how sweet and the great teacher Yvonne is.

I too use this as myself prescribed therapy for PTSD. I lost my 19 year old son, David, 15 years ago, and after screaming at God for two years, I found this. It calms me; it helps me focus on something besides the flashes in my brain.

I agree with Doug Russell. I enjoyed your way of explaining things. It's obvious you're a patient person. The only suggestion I would make is increase your volume. I had to turn my volume to the top. This is the first video of yours I've watched. I plan to watch many more. Thank you!

I just made these today using peridot as the center bead, copper seed bead as a spacers and three smaller peridot beads on each side. They came out beautifully! Really like the weight and feel of the 16g wire.. had to use 26 g wire to hang the beads as the peridot crystal holes are so small. Did the variation loop as opposed to the spiral. Looking forward to showing them off! Thank you for your clear instructions and awesome design!!!

Yvonne, I wet my steel wool and use a dab of Dawn dish detergent. It keeps the steel wool dust from flying around. I polish over a plastic tray that is easily rinsed off. Then I polish with my rotary tool with a 3/4" Carbon Steel Brush. Then I may tumble the piece for a beautiful shine depending on the stones I use. Great video. Thanks!
