Sharing my current scalp situation and maintenance that I do for controlling dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis. I had seborrheic dermatitis few years ago and tried each and everything from allopathy to homeopathy to Ayurveda but finally found an ayurvedic remedy which is the best for seborrheic dermatitis and to cure dandruff. Have also share the diet for seborrheic dermatitis which is very simple. Just don’t stress and use this remedy, you’ll definitely get rid of it.

Alright, thanks Mommy.. So I have been dealing with SD since 2017, started slow but quickly paced up really bad. Got clinically confirmed last year. I am going to try this since I have been hearing about this a lot since past few month. Will update it here itself after a month.

I have used these remedy but this work only for 5-6 days relief then again itching start in scalp

I have been trying this remedy for one year , and it is very effective .Mam, after applying pack I usually wash my hair with only ketakenazole shampoo only. I do not mix it with other shampoo. Is it correct way to use or not.Secondly there is no dandruff on my hair but the scalp of my skin is scaly it looks like white shiny scaly scalp and itchy also.should I continue with this remedy.
