Dapat talaga pinagaaralan muna ang investment na papasukin at sa case namin ng misis ko dapat buo ang loob mo, stick to your plan and know everything about that investment o business na papasukin. For us we started at 1 apartment and now thank God, proud owner of 3 apartments na. All fully paid and all ROI na in 3.5 years only because we knew the location very well, we studied na business, we treat our boarders well, we keep tracking the rates of the property at specific area and study, observe also your competition and think ahead of them as much as you can. Hello master! Thank you for sharing my story! The reason why I lost this investment is not because of real estate, but because of bad financial planning, uncalculated risk, and all in all a bad decision for me. I was only 23-24 years old here and I got easily swayed and obviously was not financially literate!!! When I learned that investing in real estate was not a good move at the time due to not following the proper ways to build wealth, I didn't educate myself how to properly exit from it. I do hope that people will learn from this. Identify your financial goals clearly, assess where you are in wealth building steps, focus on your weaknesses and develop it, then you would know the right investment vehicles to achieve your plans. Again, thank you master for sharing!!!

This is by far the most disappointing and painful video to watch. Its so exhausting to listen to her. She's still lack financial maturity on how she explains. Way off guarded in too many of your questions. She haven't learned her lesson yet. I don't feel that she's rich. Malaki lang siya kumita but she's not there yet.
She could have sell the condo.. even if nasa downpayment stage pa siya. She'll probably get the 200k but it would still be a lost from inflation and the money didnt earned interest. It lacked information on how she lost the 200k downpayment on the condo.
I think she lost the 200k because of a bad decision to stop not necessarily because of real estate. She was already informed na d nya na makukuha yun. Di nasabi why she decided to stop paying. Kung nalaman mo na d mo makukuha titigilan mo ba? ndi ba dapat itutulot mo kasi masasayangan ka sa 18months na binayaran mo. is it because someone told her that the property will not be worth it once turned over? Before going into real estate investment dapat you know your numbers na. know which property is a good investment and which is not. Follow rule of 15 to easily know a good investment. Hindi dahil mura ang monthly na binigay maganda na. Sa huli balloon payment mo will not be covered by the rental.
So how exactly did she lost the 200k investment in condo? I think she lost money not simply in real estate.. she lost it from her bad decision.
Choosing investments in real estate should be a well thought process. It should fit your risk profile, your purpose, your identified location in relation to your purpose, and your strategy on how you can pay for it. study first before you go into it, then stay committed to your plans/goals and strategy.

Good afternoon sir marvin. Sa mutual fund po ba, di ba po may initial investment for example 1k. May nakalagay additional contribution - meaning po ba ito mandatory na mag lagay 1k per monnth?

Sa opinion ko kung tinuloy nya yung condo may first investment na sana sya, madali lang sya ma swayed ng sabi sabi. Mga ganyan attitude ang favorite ng scammer
Di po clear why she thought bad investment yung kinuha nyang condo and decided to back out from it. Pero sinabi nya na na-sales talk lang daw sya. Did she calculate risk and future returns kaya nasabi nyang lugi sya if she continues? Or nilet go lang nya because someone sales talked to her again na it's a bad decision and she has to start muna with mutual funds?
