Sir good PM my tanong po ako dumaan kami sa kaso tapos may nangyaring amicable settlement kaya nakaarchive ang kaso,binigy namin ang 5 hectar kasi ung lupa ng magulang ko 15 hectar sa ngayon pumonta ako ng land tax magbayad sana ako nakita ko sakanila ba nakapangalan ang tax declaration tapos sa assissor hinati na nila last pumonta din ako sa R0d finals ko ung ginawa nila tct nag request ako kaso ang lot number iisa ng location kaso ung tct nya iba nagiging dalawa na ang mayari at location hindi dito sa lugar namin sa ibang lugar. Pasinsya napo sa tanong ko

Nung panahon po ng magulang namin walang silang naipakitang titulo kaya nanalo tapos ngayon binubuhay naman nila lote lote daw kami tapos mag bayad daw kami eh wala naman sila napapakitang titulo

Good day bakit po walang titulo ang lupa ng lolo ko pero may Certificate of redemption at tax declaration. May posibilidad kaya na mapatitulohan ang lupa? Balak ko kasing patitulohan ang lupa? The person handling the interview of the attorney speaks in English but most of the attorneys answers are in Tagalog. This doesn’t help a person who speaks only english one bit😢
