I love original spec cars. It's harder to keep it original than to modify it. Thought you were keeping the murci forever but it looks like you've got some future plans haha, can't say I wasn't expecting it. Can't wait to see how the car turns out after the project is completed.

This car is a money pit. You should be able to say i am going with it on a road trip. Can't take a lemon on a road trip. I don't care how it sounds if you can't drive it any distance

Saw a manual LP640 in the white the other day at a meet.. looked absolutely stunning. Looked sound from the outside.
Such a shame you don't use and document owning this car. It was a dream come true for you to purchase this car and now you are already talking about selling it. Hopefully you do some road trips and upload some videos before you get rid of it as it is what your viewers want to see.

Sell it. Cut your looses. The people that sold it to you didn't do there reputation any good. You should of had your own trusted mechanic go through the car before you bought it

@@nathanrunciman88 Under the skin its already needed a new clutch. If some body looked closely there would be many issues. You buy thus car if you have disposable income and other cars. Even then you buy a better murcielago
@@allensaunders449 The clutch's in these cars go around 10-15,000 miles, around 25000km if lucky. Considering the clutch on this car wasn't even depleted, a clutch replacement on this car was nothing out of the ordinary. Trust me, I have a 2006 LP640 in my family and I know the faults of these vehicles, our clutch went at 23,000km.

So basically this video is you telling your audience that you are going to restore and sell the car. Mehh
But if you are a buyer it is not good. He had a non Lambo garage do the clutch, it has been apart to wrap it (panel gaps) and then ripping off the paint. He runs it with an aftermarket exhaust so it will need a rebuild (£70k) as the rings/guides blow with no back pressure if you rev the shit out of them when they are cold. Plus it lives outside in Britain so it will develop electric faults next year. He doesn't want to pay for stuff and he won't be making enough youtube money to pay for the maintenance of it.

Hey Paul have you seen the mercilago of DDE. Daily Driven Exotics. That thing is sick.
They are mounted on top of the main fuel pump. It is always a live feed, you can't drive it without bypassing it and you need to lift the car to mount it so you can't do it at the side of the road.

It's a security system. Basically a GPS device that's fairly well hidden on the car so that you can keep track of it's location, should it be stolen.
Should have done a giveaway for the old Lamborghini badge!
