You will never receive an email telling to fill and submit DS-260 form. You must do it. And don't wait too long and don't rush to do it. You can start filling and save it. Then carry on another day. If you rush you will make mistakes. If you wait too long you will loose your chance for the interview.

DVD program ends on September 30th of a fiscal year. Meaning that you can still submit your DS-260 form before that deadline. However, the more you are taking time to submit your DS-260 form the more you are loosing your chances to be scheduled for an interview. They can't wait for you.

You will have to request KCC to transfer your case to the country you currently residing. However, the country you are transferring to can accept or refuse. In case the new embassy accepts, it can delay your case due to the fact that it's only left 5 months for this fiscal year. And my never get interview.

Your kids is a human being like you. The will be a visa for him/her like anybody. You will fill every informations that DS-260 form will ask. His/her passport too. Rewatch the video for more details.

Every derivative has is own informations. When you are on your child's page put his informations, therefore put your child's passport informations.

Middle Name:
Last Name:
So you just need to follow that formula.
