Costa Rica is not cheap. Nicaragua is much cheaper. I live near the border in San Juan del sur. I use the airport and go shopping in CR. I love San Juan del sur.

Como europeo nunca se me ocurriria ir a un pais de America, ya sea del Norte, del Sur o Centro a pasar la jubilacion, altos costes de la atencion medica, inseguridad y no solo ciudadana, sino tambien juridica, deficientes infraestructuras...en fin que como dijo el representante para asuntos exteriores de la UE, Europa es un jardin y el resto del mundo, una jungla. Como europeo solo me plantearia mudarme, como ultimo remedio, a Canada, Argentina, Chile o Uruguay, que son los paises mas europeos de America.
