Aldi and Lidl tools are great for the DIYer, also your reviews are informative and nice and easy to watch
Always love exploring the shelves at Aldi and Lidl for tools. Thanks for pointing out some recent bargains.
Just proves company's can make great products at reasonable prices. Always looking in the middle aisle, funny how fast my wife can walk through it.
As I'm disabled, can't get out to see these "live" as it were. So it's good that someone takes the time to give an insight to what is available. Thanks, the stackable trays look really good, so I'm interested in those thanks again.
Blowing the misconceptions out of the water as I am surprised at the value, quality and random selection! Keep the videos coming
Loving Aldi stuff, my wife works there and always brings me tools home when they get reduced. My shed is loaded.
Nice.
Thanks Dan, I enjoy your tool videos - always good to see whats on offer.
Great set of reviews, your video has nudged me to get myself down to Aldi & Lidl for a nose around at the tools. Thanks.
Always enjoy your Aldi & Lidl tools videos. I like to see what is out in those shops and keep an eye out for them if I a need for them. Keep up the good work and thank you.
Dan cheers for giving the heads up on what's decent and wether it's worth taking a trip 👍
All good kit, for me the storage containers would be great for my pen turning kits. Thanks for posting.
Great video and thanks for sharing this with you viewers. I really wasn’t aware of all of these great tool that are available from Aldi & Lidl, I’ll certainly be checking these stores out for more items. I personally like the stackable boxes, they’d be so handy for all those bit and pieces I have laying around in various places.
Never thought of looking in Aldi or Lidl for tools etc., I do a lot of fly tying and the magnetic tray would be a real boon for putting hooks in and making it easy to access them, the storage trays as well are brilliant for storing threads, tinsel and wire as well as hooks. Thanks for sharing, keep up the good work, a new subscriber.
Thanks Dan. Always worth seeing what’s in the middl of Lidl! 😊
Always enjoy your reviews, Dan, and your locomotive repairs. Some good tools to be had and value for money.
I bought 1 of the single storage tray many years ago and got good use out of it don't have it now as hinges broke but the Aldi stackable storage case looks good 👍 excellent video thank you for sharing
The amount of times i have lost little nuts and bolts when working on things. That little magnetic tray is absolutely fantastic, i needed one of these all along.
Love these videos ❤ really look forward to the latest one popping up on CZcams, keep up the content please.
Another brilliant video. I love this series on the aldi and lidl tools. I saw the staple gun yesterday and thought it may be worth a shot so i will definitely pick one up now 👍🏻
Great storage and ratchet set. Nice vid and every time I come across one of your vids I find myself late in getting to the store and they are sold out. Keep up the good work.
Great presentation again, more storage never comes in wrong
Another good tool review video. I can see another trip to Lidl and Aldi coming up. Keep up the reviews.
Thanks for making these videos. I like the look of the non-contact voltage detector and the screwdriver and bit set. Both very useful.
Good haul of tools … really like the T Handle screwdriver set . Keep up the good work.
Another great video. Keep up the good work Dan.
Great video thank you Dan 👍 love the magnetic tray ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ dads 90 always tinkering with bits and loosing screws/washers, latest a spacer for a strimmer, on my knees and hands managed to find it some time later. Tray would be a good idea
Some really useful finds there mate. Since watching these I have picked up a few bits myself.
I recently have gone full time in my motorhome and thes tools/boxes would be ideal for my travels, great vids

Excellent review video as usual, honest and well presented. Keep up the good work.
Have both Workzone and Parkside tools. Find them to be high quality, but don't have any off the ones you have shown today. German quality is always good. Thank you for your time in making these videos look forward to seeing more as only recently found your channel
Wish I’d picked some containers up when I was there. Wasn’t clearly marked - so gave it a miss. Helpful video.
All good stuff. The stacking storage would be great for my hobby. Keep the videos coming 👍
Thank you for your videos I like the stackable containers as I Seem to mislay my tools.
Great to see these items, helps so much in purchasing the tweezers and hopefully I will buy the voltage stick.
Great video Dan. Very generous as usual!
Handy bit's of kit - not expensive but a lot of the time tools don't have to be - as long as they work - it's a winner .
I really enjoy these videos and I now detour into these shops to see if they have any of the items you feature!
Great minds… I picked up the tweezers set, mag tray and tester a few weeks ago. Also got some nice VDE screw drivers. Great bargains. Like the storage packs. 👍
another great video the stackable containers would be very handy for my pen making parts at the moment i keep most of them in old tobaco tins
Great video Dan - love aldi / lidl tool deals especially the ratchet set. Fair play for giving out prizes- you might have started a trend
Love the new intro. All very useful things in the giveaway.
Look forwards to the next episode

Love watching your videos very handy and informative if I’m looking to purchase items
I was looking at the stackable kit the other day, but that magnetic tray would be amazing.
Interesting video, just popped along to Lidl’s and purchased the magnetic tray and voltage detector, thanks for the heads up.
Great video, Lidl and Aldi are always great for tools.
Great video, as usual. All of the tools would be very useful for modelling.
Fantastic video as ever. Would love the stacker box. Handy to take spares to exhibitions. Always the one for repairs at club.
I've just come across your channel, [Dan's model railways], a very interesting review of the tools.... I've never seen a magnetic tray before..... I look forward to watching your previous videos....
Good reviews and great info. I have the tweezer set. it's a great piece of kit, very useful 👍
great video Dan, all handy stuff.
I do enjoy your tool videos and giveaways.cheers.
The sectioned boxes would be great for all my car clips and bits. Great video 👍🏻
Always very informative...great and helpful reviews
Great wee video...I have e got Parkside tools..brilliant tools
A really interesting and informative video especially for modellers of all traits.
Marvellous video, thanks for sharing. I have a local Aldi at the end of my street and I often like to see what they have in their middle aisle as they call it. So far I have a cordless screwdriver (unfortunately no torque adjustment but still very usable), I also have a cordless mini drill with assorted drills, grinders, polishing wheels etc, a gas torch/soldering iron (useful for any time I may need to do something outside without having trailing leads, all for silly prices too! Once again thank you for your entertaining video.
Like your stack containers, like you said great for fishing. I am a flutter ideal for hooks, beads etc . Good Bideo.
Great stuff as usual - the tweezer set will be a purchase for my modelling
Great video Dan. Those stackable boxes look really good.
Great video again, stackables look excellent
Hi .I am a bit like your self with electrics. This detector would suit me down to the ground. Keep up the good work on your channel.very interesting. Mike.
Another excellent video! My local Aldi is quite poor on middle isle stuff! I like those boxes! They would be ideal for me to sort out all my screws which are all over the place and get them sorted into one specific place! Cheers for these videos, just wish my Lidl was closer!
As usual a clear and informative video, particularly like the "pause" to enable the information panel to be read, so many others don't make it easy to stop at the right spot. Often wondered how good these non-contact voltage detectors are, this one appears to be very useful.
Quite fancy those storage boxes to sort out the garage might make a trip to Aldi tomorrow 👍
Cheers Dan for another informative video. You always get such great items from Aldi & Lidl. Problem is by time I get down to my local stores most items have been sold. Especially the best items like those stackable storage boxes. Great that you give items away. Thanks again for these videos, all the best Kevin
Great video as usual - all the items would be great additions to my toolbox
Just moved,to Herne Bay (6months). We are still unpacking and I am itching to go and fiddle with my bits ...ha ha. Great to see inexpensive tools getting a Big up .
Great video, Dan. Id love the stackable boxes. I am about to start my model railway, these would be useful. Thanks.
Never knew about Aldi and Lidl selling these products….thanks for the tip-off.
Great review as usual Dan. I picked up a set of the tweezers in my local Lidl on Friday for only £2.49. Result...
Just found your channel very interesting.. you got a new subscriber. Keep the vids coming.
Always great to watch your reviews, costs me a fortune though as i always end up in Lidl/Aldi after watching :D
The stackable storage boxes seem very useful to me!!! Cheers Onno.
Great video as usual...that little ratchet set would be great for my model cars. Keep up the good work...
Really good video, many thanks. The ratchet & bit set would be really useful.
i bought the welders magnets 2 squares bolted together , un bloted them and bolted one to a broom handle now all my de nailing mails are picked up without bending my back. great video could always do with a sharp set of chicels, helps when you cannot sharpen to save your own life,
Such a great idea - Love seeing these style of videos. The Magnetic tray would be great as I have Air rifles that occasionally dismantle. The wife gets so annoyed when I spread out all over the dining table!
Good video and really useful to. Keep it up.
Another great video and a must for modellers. Off to Aldi and Lidl once again today to scoop up some of these bargains recommended by Dan. Watching Dan's CZcams channel is costing me a fortune, but I have worked out that I can afford all of these new tools if I divorce my wife!
Some things you just have to bite the bullet with and save up for quality gear, one of them is wood chisels, I'm a builder that specialises in joinery and I've had the same set of chisels for 10 years, and the only reason it's only been 10 years is because my last ones got theived out of my van along with everything else.
Well done Dan. Another great vid. All those items are great. So useful for us modelers . My Lidl doesn't have any if these items atm. Being an N gague modeller, the magnetic tray particularly would be ideal for those tiny sctews etc. Please keep the vids coming. You're doing a great job. Simon. 😂
another good video as always very informative and helpful 👍👍
Dan Thanks for the tool reviews storage boxes really useful
Great haul of tools you got the containers would come in handy mine is on its last legs 😂
Great video as always. Those stackable storage boxes look great. I’ve got loads of soldering stuff that would be nice and neat in those. Will need to checkout my local Aldi but it is very small and doesn’t always stock everything.
Nice review, thank you, think I'm off to Lidl to seek out that voltage detector.
Good morning Dan
Those stacking boxes would be very useful for my leds to sort out the differences in the colours.
I buy lots of tools from both of these outlets, great value for money !, also just bought the tweezer set too 👍
Fantastic video really learnt a lot about tools from Aldi and would like that magnetic tray I am a mechanic I need somewhere to put my nuts and bolts
As you inspire me to repair and service my loco's. I still have not got round to obtaining a magnetic tray. Must start looking and get one soon, keep the videos coming, they are entertaining as well as informative.
I Dan any of the 3 items would be greatly beneficial to my art studio, Parkside tools have come a long way in late 5 or more years for sure. Stay safe and mostly stay strong!!
I can't deny over the years I've equipped my workshop with an eclectic range of Parkside hand and power tools from Lidl. Like their 40w plasma cutter, 80amp stick and flux core welders, cordless angle grinders, air compressor, paint spray kits and so much more. I've come to trust Parkside tools, as they've more than proven themselves reliable than their Chinese equivalents. Not to mention Lidl do some pretty nice cheap munchies with an in-house bakery. Just wish they staffed more checkouts. 👍
you sowed us a most interesting set of tools that would be verry usfull in most toolbox for diy work
Nice video and some good products
That stapler is amazing, I have two very expensive all metal versions and it appears to be as useful!!
I love the stacked boxes, I can’t get them as I have mobility issue’s ans my driving licence gone on medical grounds and these people don’t sell them on web!

I enjoy your videos, could do with the stackable boxes in my modelling room. :)
Great video Dan, magnetic tray could be really useful as at the moment the carpet in my train room seems to eat all the screws ect that I drop👍
