I like all hydros (except LULA ones, they are S-L-O-W). One of my favorite hydros is the ThyssenKrupp AMEE25 Holeless hydraulic elevator. I also like hydros with Dry-Powered motors because they have an AWESOME sound. My least favorite type of elevator is MRL traction, they don't last very long, the only MRL's i like are the Otis Gen2, and the ThyssenKrupp Synergy
Oh I once went to a brand new small apartment building up in the US where I live and the door to where the elevator/lift is normally locked and can only be opened by the people who live in the building but on my first visit I found out someone didnt lock the door propertly and I went in and found a really nice brand new schindler but it was still on its installation process and still had the felt pads covering it

The Thyssenkrupp lifts have Dewhurst Series 42 buttons in this hospital, the indicator is a true Thyssenkrupp. The hall lanterns and indicator is STEPMODUL. Thyssenkrupp has introduced the Synergy model in 2001.
These ecodiscs were built when Kone was changing over from 1st to 2nd generation design of ecodisc. The design of these ecodiscs is the (at the time) new second generation, but the ecodisc motor is still the 1st generation motor, and the voice is the Otis/Kone shared voice which Kone used in their first generation ecodiscs and Otis used in their early Otis 2000s (from the 90s to the early 2000s).
in blackburn there is a glass lift it only goes up to level 2 and there is a lict wich is not a glass lift but it only goes to level 2 as well try and do lift tour time in Blackburn

I feel that the level of servicing of the lifts at barts hospital is shoddy at best, It wasn't the engineers fault though he entrusted a long line of useless mates with the servicing Callum Nye was probably the worst

I do please need your help in starting up a lift appreciation society as a registered charity, so that old lifts will be listed and protected by law. even though they will still have to be maintained etc, the old car and all its bits and pieces, includingthe buttons will be safe. also attach sensors on the old gated lifts so if some foolish person sticks his / her hand through the gate, the lift will safely stop and then be restarted by pressing the floor button again.
It's the Kone/Otis/Drucegrove voice. Other generic elevator companies also used it (for example, the M&S elevators in Intu Bromley, which are made by Jacksons)
