A little bit of conditional dialogue I just recently found out exists. Depending on whether or not you accept Kate's offer to smoke, it changes what she says in response to the "I think you're doing all right" option. Either she notes how ridiculous it looks seeing you say that while waving a joint around, or she gets some secondhand embarrassment from Javier saying that.
