  • California Turkey Burgers with Avocado & Bacon ~ Cuisinart Griddler GR-4N. We are using the Cuisinart Griddler to make my favorite California Turkey Burger. This turkey burger is made with tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and fajita seasoning in the meat and is cooked on my Cuisinart Griddler GR-4N. I use a fresh burger bun that is slathered with my famous Chipotle Mayonnaise, bacon, avocado, tomato, and lettuce. This turkey burger recipe is fantastic!

I might even dice up some fresh jalapeño or Serrano peppers and put that with the tomato, onion and cilantro to add that extra California kick!

Looks fantastic. I'm going to try putting the tomato and onion inside, never thought of that! Going to do this sometime soon, so easy. I've grown to prefer turkey over beef as well. Ring mold is a great idea!

Hi Amy! I’m just wondering when you will be reviewing the Kenwood cooking chef? I’m considering getting a new kenwood mixer in the future. At the moment we have a old one which is 30 years old and is still working like new! 😃

I am going to review the cooking chef. It should be coming up in the next few weeks. Sorry it takes me so long to get to the videos because I work a regular full time job. Stay tuned tho!
