Quite the best Miss Samoa I've seen for a very long time. All girls did very well. Well done to all sponsors and families of the girls. To the organizers, a job well done! I really felt for the poor girl who couldn't answer properly due to her limited English. Organizers for the future Miss Samoas must have an interpreter and permit anyone to answer in Samoa should they choose to. I was appalled at how people were up and leaving during the new Miss Samoa's dance! That is just sooooooo RUDE! At least wait out the reigning dance, then have a rain of confetti, changing the music to a triumphant and more upbeat one signifying the end of the event; everyone being upstanding until the special guests leave, etc... Fa'afetai Bluesky Samoa for the live coverage and the post... Congratulations Latafale - you deserve the role. All the best and may God bless you!

She's beautiful, although she doesn't know the language but all the best to her at the South Pacific pageant, I think Samoa needs to really step up with their game with beauty parents this may sound shallow but if you look at other countries comparing looks does really matter, all Samoan girls that entered are beautiful and with knowledge is a bonus, but if we say look doesn't matter then we are kidding ourselves, we need our miss to be able to make it to miss world or universe.. Overall beautiful contestants and the to the winner I hope her time in Samoa will teach her more of her own language. We need our language to stay alive.
