Its super easy to change your class in this game.
There is zero reason to start a new save just so you can try another class. A better reason to dislike one save is something like "I want to have multiple end game builds to enjoy", or "I messed up a quest and failed and the only way to get back to it is a new save file."
The reality is that, like the first game, you replay the story and try to get what you messed up right. Unlike the original, one character is all you need because they changed the way classes and stats work.
INTJ- your concern is invalid, just quit and restart or just stick through the beginning of the game, DD1 it took one cut seen to change class.
As a reminder: Magic Archer was busted in the first game too, and... Remains absolutely busted, lmao. It might just be series tradition at this point, more due to how the class functions compared to others than anything else.
Ranger was just as busted, without the magic only limit.
0:51 wrong - they confirmed that the target is 30 uncapped. They did not mention 60 as a target at all.
Is it gonna be a low choppy framerate on an rtx 4070 graphics card and a ryzen 5 5600x cpu?I mean, I have an above average PC so if I get a low choppy framerate then that's just dumb
If they nerf a class, it's not to make it weak compare to others.

The save file stuff is not a problem on pc at least. I agree it is dumb to not at least have a second save slot or something for experimenting. On pc though just backup your save before starting a new game and you can move that save back to the folder and continue that save anytime. I assume it will still work this way, I have a dedicated folder for my DDDA saves.
The reason is because of the Pawn system. It syncs your Pawn to Capcoms server and it cannot differentiate from your pawns. We used this functionality to restart characters but keep Pawn knowledge on newly created pawns when resyncing our data with the server on Dark Arisen.

I think they could have given us 5 save slots like we have in the character creation demo. As for framerate I have a 1660S so I'm aiming for 60 fps. It does sound like it might not be totally optimized so I hope they work on that as time goes on.

Not true. Itsuno came out and said they are targeting an uncapped frame rate around 30fps (slightly higher on average according to IGN and digital foundry)

I am 9 hours in the full game, and it has been amazing. The PS5 30fps is actually very good as well, since it doesn't ever feel unstable. There is no performance mode thus far even after the 3.582GB patch.

Literally thing damn one that a new, AAA game on PS5 should offer is a performance mode OPTION if they want to charge a whole ass $70 or otherwise have the game run closer to 60FPS than 30 if they want me to buy it.
As it stands with their lazy ass settling for 30FPS if that "optimization" this merely looks like a fun budget/indie game that I will wait for once it starts being sold for the price that reflects the budget effort (or if they miraculously fix it to the point of looking like a new, AAA game I can be persuaded to actually pay a whole ass $70)

The new ones have a decent GPU in them. Experts say it's around the level of the 20 series cards.

@@stonaraptor8196 20 series cards can play the majority of games just fine. My 1660S GPU plays all my games pretty well, but I do need to upgrade my GPU a bit more. Also the majority of PC owners don't have 30 or 40 series cards.
This is a common bad take by console haters…Either console costs $400≈ rn on Amazon. So until you can build a COMPLETE PC setup with the same performance, I don’t wanna hear it. These consoles are able to put out 1440p 120fps on certain games, and 60fps on almost everything else. Show me a $500 PC setup that can do that? oh right, you can’t lol
1080p? yeah sure. 20 series is from 2020 roughly right? I had the AMD equivalent back then. Card was good but really showed it's age until I built a new system last summer with an RTX 4090. Massive difference of course, the 24GB Vram alone are insane.@@MarineCARMINE
one of these days console players will realize that if you just get a pc instead, having to worry about framerate and performance will become a thing of the past. its by far the main reason i would never go back to console.
Different probs and issues, release potentials, etc. Both is the answer to realize.

I work hard for a living too, and that allows me to also have a PC more than capable of playing DD2 on max settings. I also own each console, not because I want to flex on people about how cool I am for owning x or y, but simply because I like video games. I don't "have to be pathetic" or "cry about framerate" either, I just don't act like I'm high and mighty because I own a PC, unlike yourself. You'll never see me flexing it like it's a badge of honor, because it's literally the most embarrassing flex imaginable to act like you're better than everyone else because you spent a heap of money on something.
@@SammyBoiiiGaming I'm in no way "flexing", rather I take pride in what I've built and how I worked hard to afford the ability to do so in the first place. So that being said... the reason behind me calling out those who do complain about framerate on consoles especially, is because instead of doing exactly what I did, they instead waste their time moaning on the internet expecting the devs to bend over backwards to hand everything them on a silver platter simply because they're childishly getting upset rather than, again, doing something about it themselves.
If they want to take offense from what I've said, then that's a them problem -- they should learn to take constructive criticism better and that way, things will (hopefully) be a lot less worse for them.
