As it was mentioned in part 1 of this video, Fantasy Fest is a celebration of life. People from all over the world are invited to come as they are and welcome new situations and opportunities. This is where you come to make friends as well as celebrate relationships and memories that began here. In this video, I have a few more street interviews to share, and then I dive into conversations with some award-winning living works of art from this year’s Living Art Expo. There are many reasons why I’m proud to call Key West my home, and seeing that self-expression and participation is so welcomed here is definitely one of them.
To all of you who participated, to those of you who organized it, and to the first responders and city workers, thank you for all that you have done to help make this year’s Fantasy Fest an absolute success.

I’d say FF is one of the many Key West charms. It’s really cool to see so many ppl having a great time and comfortable enough to participate in dressing up. I spent about 8 hours on the street and didn’t see any violence. Def speaks for the positive culture everyone creates. I hope you get to check it out sometime!
