- Well, as the title says, this is Cecilia Vennersten's song "Kapten Nemo". It's a Swedish version of the song "Captain Nemo", which has been recorded by Dive and Sarah Brightman.
Here's an English translation of the lyrics:

Oo . . . so this song is about the actual Captain Nemo and not a whale by that name (Sarah's song is about a whale, unless she perceives the submarine as being another whale, because she says Nemo is going to join "the other whales")
