beautiful,the only issue about waterfall estate is that 99 year lease.
The lease is always renewable. New owner will start from zero until 99yrs. Minimizes foreigners from owning our country.

@@karabomokgohloa4774 so true, that measure was missed by our sleepy Government. We as South Africans, can't even afford a room in WC Clifton/Camps bay because of that loop hole.
@@nyikomahlaule2113 investors come with their pre-conditions for development, it's a take it or leave it offer. That area as developed as it is would be as barren as the moon if we wanted that investments to be in our terms.
If this is the houses the upper middle class are living in.. why move to Australia..?

EQUESTRIAN this is a COUNTY Estate two different functions, this is more of a close knit neighbourhood, blue Hill is a richmans paradise

A very common disadvantage amongst many estates
Steyn City has an area where there's greenery between each stand, but, even there, it's not in the entire estate.. Stands being too close to each other is a major headache when it comes to estate living, hence the use of trees in many of the properties in this video, guess the onus is put on you the stand buyer..
There's always places like Blair Atholl that have huge stands, but you better be monied.
Can you go inside it you don't live there? Normally you need a code to enter an estate.
The nearby equestrian estate has huge stands, but those houses are even more expensive.
I remember when they sold the plots in Waterfall. R600k for 600 sq. m, R1.2m for 1200 sq. m. This was for the plots alone. My house in Vorna Valley has a 1000 sq. m plot and was R1m when I bought it in 2009.
