It's hard because the imaginary framework of study that it sits in is intentionally hard to understand so sociologists have something to talk about and get payed for.

To all my American friends, Sociology is not Socialism or social work by any means. By studying Sociology policy makers can have a better understanding of their constituents this is why Germany, Austria, France and Japan are great today, both countries have strong Sociology programs and founders.

I actually joined a debate club which was previously Model UN club but since many members did not attend the meetings we had, the club sponsor had to shut it down and instead replaced it with debate club. If I’m being honest, I joined not because of interest but because I wanted to try it out, and to see if it’s worth a shot. Btw, I also am going towards sociology but it’s hard for me to pick because I also like psychology and I don’t know which one of them is good for me😅.

Luck and Probability works the same with SOCIAL WORK, at least here in India. I do not know with other countries, but in India the study is too popular with arts students and only the lucky ones land on good jobs with this study.
