Great, I like this challenge. Nothing is impossible. In the coming days, I will follow Pilates classes to develop a lot more core strength, and then I will see what that can do for my flexibility in the coming months. Normally, strength training is bad for flexibility, unless you're doing strength training that's specifically designed for flexible long muscles, then it will even give your flexibility a big boost.
