Good Video, it saved me. Also, on my 2013, I had to take the battery cables off for a few minutes before the gate would work properly.
How can you open a 2018 Edge power lift gate with no manual release?

I change the driver side fuse box near down to the foot break side and Programe my key and remote with that but trunk is still not working before it was working with the old fuse box and remote after change not working... Please make a Video for edge 2010... Thanks

2015 Lincoln mkc there is no small access panel in the back door
I have a question. Have a 20 navigator and I removed the right tailgate power strut to replace a moulding, the strut extended all the way out and now works but it’s noisy when opening or closing. Any ideas if this could be fixed ?

I actually forced the latch with a screw driver because I didn't know how to close the door. I bought a L, MKX lemon! Everything gets broken. My worst nightmare is that it won't reverse when I start the car. I have to heat it for 20 minutes to reverse my MKX. I am just spending gasoling and I don't know how to fix it. Anybody has the same problem or knows how to fix this problem?
Thx. Never fill rear liftgate with sprayfoam on this car (it's what bassheads do to increase spl) bcuz it kept me from opening it for a week until I chipped away enough foam to allow that metal mechanical arm to move again. Ugh.
