    My dad died a year ago at 65 and had just found a td18 that has hardly been used. I've been obsessed with it and so impressed, been cheating on my wife with it.

    Skidded timber with a '48 TD 14 in 1990, she would start in 20 below weather and pull 3000 board ft of oak up 40 degree slopes. Love the red machines!

    My Dad had a TD9 big machine I thought at the time but I was a kid still had a lot of power pulled 8 ft Rome disc had to load it down it would walk with it

    Oh wow to watch these again uncle had a td 24 breaking land and making roads seen him work for days / weeks to get done what I can do now with a D10 N can in one day you imagine what they`d have thought if a 10 N or 11 N was ever made totally impractical machine for the fuel used but little did they know eh Thanks for uploading this we had a John deere 40 c too HA HA HA .

    Scrapers are still used today, but not much. These days they use an excavator to load off road rear dumps, then a dozer spreads the loads. A loader is also used to clean up around the excavator. 4 Machines, instead of a scraper. Go figure.
