My love died yesterday. Stomach cancer got him. I couldn't make it to his bedside. But I was told that he KNEW that I loved him. And I was the only person in the world who ever, EVER made him feel loved. Not just in a romantic way, I mean. His parents sucked... his friends, all delinquents... any exes were good-for-nothings... I was there for him. Through thick and thin. And he consistently asked me why I had to be the one to pick up the broken pieces behind him every time he screwed up. And I told him it was because I had Faith in him. Because Love is patient, because Love is kind. Because I WANTED to be the one to do that for him. And hey, besides, every time we screw up, God likes to grab those pieces and mold it into something better than before... I didn't even know he was hospitalized. He shut me out for a few days, said he had to go for a while, that he might leave for a bit. He was trying to protect me. So that I wouldn't be afraid. Even though HE was the one that was dying. He was always so movie-like like that. He wanted to be an actor, so it's kind of ironic, right..? I love him so much... I keep breaking into tears at random. I really, really hope God gives me some sort of large comfort or just, lets me die from the heartache. Because I don't think I can take this much longer. He was there for me in the absolute darkest moments of my life, and I was there surely for his. And now that he's gone, and I know my life isn't going to unspiral from the pits... and I have nobody else to rely on now... I feel like I'm going to die. I want to. Just want to be with my baby boy again.

For me, I found unconditional love devotion and loyalty in my best friend, my dog Snoopy. He was born in my home and we shared a wonderful 10 1/2 years together. He lost his battle with cancer December 3rd of 2022 and I am shattered.

This to me just feels like a painful reminder that I probably won't find "the one", I had forced myself to give up on love so long ago. Now, all I wish for is to feel it again. You're not the only one who gave up on love. I gave up on love too after being hurt by someone I loved... That was until someone came back into my life last year. Someone from my freshman year of high school (I'm a senior now). She was the person I felt something for when I first saw her. Something I've never felt before. Every time I see her, it just feels like the very first time I laid eyes on her. I start to get these butterflies; my hands start shaking out of nowhere; and my face just starts to turn red, so I turn away smiling. Right now it's a little complicated, but soon hopefully she realizes that what she's looking for was right in front of her the whole time. The moral of the story is, even though you may have given up on love, doesn't mean the right person for you isn't out there. You just have to let them come to you.

And I told him it was because I had Faith in him. Because Love is patient, because Love is kind. Because I WANTED to be the one to do that for him. And hey, besides, every time we screw up, God likes to grab those pieces and mold it into something better than before...
I didn't even know he was hospitalized. He shut me out for a few days, said he had to go for a while, that he might leave for a bit. He was trying to protect me. So that I wouldn't be afraid. Even though HE was the one that was dying.
He was always so movie-like like that. He wanted to be an actor, so it's kind of ironic, right..? I love him so much... I keep breaking into tears at random. I really, really hope God gives me some sort of large comfort or just, lets me die from the heartache. Because I don't think I can take this much longer. He was there for me in the absolute darkest moments of my life, and I was there surely for his. And now that he's gone, and I know my life isn't going to unspiral from the pits... and I have nobody else to rely on now... I feel like I'm going to die. I want to. Just want to be with my baby boy again.

It took me almost 17 years to do that just to get hurt enough that it left trauma that I can still feel after 3.5 years. Ever since that happened every time I get close with someone the only things that go through my head are thoughts about how i'll screw things up like I always do. I can't enjoy liking/having feelings for someone anymore and I've come to a point that I sometimes envy sociopaths because they don't have to feel anything at all. For me, I found unconditional love devotion and loyalty in my best friend, my dog Snoopy. He was born in my home and we shared a wonderful 10 1/2 years together. He lost his battle with cancer December 3rd of 2022 and I am shattered.

This is a wonderful message to people who need to know. I've had a long relationship and thinking it's becoming to a sad end. I will send this to the person but i doubt she would listen to it. But if she did it would see how much i really care. I've hurt her alot in the past. But now ive changed 4 the better it seems like im empty without her. I just want her to be happy because she's wonderful and deserves it. Even if its on her own or with someone else. I just wish i was not the only one that loves her so much it would be nice 4 her 2 feel the same. But i can't buy time back but i could make her happy if she would drop her guard and let me in. ❤ is a bad addition i can't stop feeling. I've dealt with alot as we all do in life. This to me just feels like a painful reminder that I probably won't find "the one", I had forced myself to give up on love so long ago. Now, all I wish for is to feel it again. I haven't cried in months, I haven't loved in years, I just wish I didn't make that stupid choice to give up on it. Maybe then, I would be happy, I wouldn't be suicidal, I wouldn't want to end my life every damn time I think. Maybe I'd actually care for myself, maybe I would feel like I'm loved, and not just a worthless piece of junk to laugh at and then toss away.

You're not the only one who gave up on love. I gave up on love too after being hurt by someone I loved... That was until someone came back into my life last year. Someone from my freshman year of high school (I'm a senior now). She was the person I felt something for when I first saw her. Something I've never felt before. Every time I see her, it just feels like the very first time I laid eyes on her. I start to get these butterflies; my hands start shaking out of nowhere; and my face just starts to turn red, so I turn away smiling. Right now it's a little complicated, but soon hopefully she realizes that what she's looking for was right in front of her the whole time. The moral of the story is, even though you may have given up on love, doesn't mean the right person for you isn't out there. You just have to let them come to you.

I am sorry for how you feel. I know how you will with not thinking you will ever meet the one and just be forever alone. I didn't believe that I could find love because all I got through were terrible experiences. Till I did find love. I am still scared to love, but I found a person who is still with me even tho he saw my worst me on my worst days. There is someone out there, and believe me I know how hard it is to believe that and wait
Don’t be ashamed. Having multiple loves is overrated and leads to more problems than they’re worth.
