For my fellow new sellers they say I have to wait 90 days till I can deposit my money. And I don’t feel comfortable waiting that long to ship a buyers item just because Etsy made me sign up for their payments. And I also don’t feel right sending my hard working material off without the funds in my account. I feel like having to wait that long is frankly stupid.

@@beautybee2x It takes a couple of days to verify that you have shipped out the orders to make sure you are not scamming them, then they deposit money regularly depending on your settings. I have it daily so we get money deposited daily :)
Does the money come once a month on the same day as opening the shop or when does it come? In my payment settings i don't have the option to choose when the payment should come because I am using paypal. Can you help please?

PrettyYoungANatural if I’m going to be honest, etsy is “lying”. They usually say a specific date but it might not actually come that day. I earned $9 in total and got my deposit 2 weeks later. But since you got yours over $25, then it could actually come today but I don’t know what time.
All my banking details has been set up. I've had over $80 of sales but only received $7 and the money my buyers pays for shipping hasn't been deposited into my account either. Nor does it seem available to collect 😭😭 Please save my dumb soul (I'm from Aus)

The 40 free listings only works if you're new to Etsy / opening a new shop. And to answer your second question: You can choose to receive your payments monthly, weekly, fortnightly or daily, but once they’re “paid” it takes about three days for the money to hit your bank.

Hi Maddie, if you're a new shop then it will take about 3 days for the money to show in your Etsy dashboard that it's ready for deposit, and then it could take another 1-5 working days for the money to show up in your bank account.

It depends..are you using Etsy Payments? If you're in one of the eligible countries for Etsy Payments then Paypal is automatically offered to your customers as a payment option (among many others) - I don't think you can 'opt-out' of Paypal.

Your bank must have not been verified. You have to verify it first. Chat with their customer service and ask them. There is a live chat option available on their website
For instants say you’ve made a sale and you haven’t made any since then and the following week comes around and you haven’t made anymore sales do you still get your money or do you have to wait to reach the minimum?
If you set it to a certain minimum, you won't get paid until you reach that minimum (regardless of whether you did or didn't make sales in the previous week)

Have you recently updated or changed your bank info? If so, you may need to wait up to 5 days since Etsy holds the funds while they verify your account info. If no, I would contact Etsy because it shouldn't take more than 24-48hrs.

Etsy Is supposed to send you a small deposit within 3-5 business days from enrolling to Etsy payments, then you use that to verify your bank account. It's been 5 days and still no deposit. Hi Anas, you should see the money in there by now. When you left this comment, you were probably still on 3 days hold. It means that money from the first few sales will become available for deposit 3 days after the sale. And then it takes another 1-5 days for the money to show up in your bank account.

Your bank must have not been verified. You have to verify it first. Chat with their customer service and ask them. There is a live chat option available on their website

If you set it to a certain minimum, you won't get paid until you reach that minimum (regardless of whether you did or didn't make sales in the previous week)

Have you recently updated or changed your bank info? If so, you may need to wait up to 5 days since Etsy holds the funds while they verify your account info. If no, I would contact Etsy because it shouldn't take more than 24-48hrs.

Hi! I'm a new seller and I still haven't received my money... So i read some instructions And apparently sellers from EU must verify their bank account. Etsy Is supposed to send you a small deposit within 3-5 business days from enrolling to Etsy payments, then you use that to verify your bank account. It's been 5 days and still no deposit. I don't know what to do and I am really confused and I've already shipped out some orders and I don't know if i should keep selling. Please help

Hi Astaroth, yes if you're a new seller, for your first 90 days, your funds will be available for deposit 3 days after a sale. When the 90-day period ends, Etsy Payments orders will become available for deposit the next business day.

I am a new Seller in the US. Started my Etsy shop May 30th. I have been shipping orders since June 1st, and have not seen any money available for deposit. I checked to make sure I have all my ducks in a row, bank account, verification, Tax ID. My items are starting to show they have been delivered. I'm getting reviews. But No money in 9 days. I've shipped over 50 orders. Will Etsy keep this money for, like a month? I'm so worried about the time and money I invested into the items.

Hi Anas, you should see the money in there by now. When you left this comment, you were probably still on 3 days hold. It means that money from the first few sales will become available for deposit 3 days after the sale. And then it takes another 1-5 days for the money to show up in your bank account.
