The first thing I would do is have a look from the top. I have climbed ( scrambled up not exactly mountaineeing) a few of these rocks in the Staffordshire area where they are plentiful. Most dumped during one of the 3 ice ages we know of. Interesting video thanks.

@@felice9907 Has to be glacial movement as there probably wasn't any technology available at the time to shift such a large boulder the location.
