    I HAVE A REGISTERED SMALL COMPANY..I JUST FINISHED A JOB THERE WAS NO CONTRACT THE JOB WAS COMPLITED..THE COMSTUMER LAUGH ON MY FACE SAYING HE DIDN'T HAVE MONEY TO PAY..WHAT CAN I DO??

    Hola soy pedro curiel ,tengo in caso con Viridi construction tengo aproximadamente 15 meses que firmé un contrato para un ADU y no pudieron sacar los permisos de la City para construir,ahora tienen su licencia cancelada por la CLBC pero ellos obtuvieron un pago anticipado por 76000 dolares para el proceso y construction ahora he cancelado el proyecto pero no se como obligarlos a regresar el dinero a la financiera,puede usted ayudarme con mi caso...gracias por su respuesta

    CAN I PUT A LIEN ON TH EPROPERTY IF THEY DONT PAY ME THE FULL BALANCE ON A JOB IF I SIGN A RELESE OF LIEN?

      Do you know what type of waiver you signed? Whether or not you still have the ability to file a lien will ultimately come down to whether the lien waiver you signed was a conditional or unconditional waiver.     I never signed contract for this contractor. I said I can only afford 400 to do my roof. He said he charges 25 an hour and charged me 900 for dishwasher job after telling me 2 to 3 hours. Can he put lies on my house.. he keeps saying GOD sent him and keeps showing up working I don't have money pay him... I never signed contract. Please help?
