Great advice regarding the headscarf. Helen Bankes from the Old Mill had a bit of an issue with a bald spot caused by a dangerous combination of too much Elnett and a squib at Bonfire Night last year (our village calls it _Fenians on Fire_ but the vicar is rabidly anti-Catholic). She actually tried disguising it by wearing a full burqa but she kept getting funny looks and ended up having to do a 125 mile round trip just to buy milk in Harrods. I told her to get a few headscarfs on the basis that while she would look a bit like the late Queen it at least would hide the worst of it without cultural appropriation. She was so ungrateful and kept saying "do you want me to grow cankles and a lazy bosom as well?" but tbh she has them already, the headscarf would just be the garnish. Anyway, it makes you think how ungrateful some people are for well-intentioned advice!

Never been to a proper race meeting just our local point to point at Kimble which I love. Love the coat and bag. So very stylish. My daughter has a bag with bamboo handles and I just love it. Hello Charlie sending St Patrick's Day wishes from Ireland to you and your family ☘️I absolutely loved this vlog, so interesting and I could feel your excitement and fun. Colin is a character and I'm sure he will never purposely cause you any hurt. He surely feels the love and affection you have for him. Coco is doing wonderfully well, always a pleasure to watch her on her horse. Charlie it is so refreshing to see you coping with housework, children and animals. Loved the Rollers in your hair travelling to Cheltenham. I do that too but put a silk scarf over them if I'm out in public. Sometimes my hairdresser puts them in for me after my weekly blowdry and I put the scarf on my head leaving the salon. I've even went into my local Cafe Nero and had my coffee fix with the headscarf on and a lady thought I was preparing to go to a wedding later that day😅 enough about me. Your new coat is stunning and really suits you. Loved the bag which I've decided to treat myself to. Hope Si is well rested and his business trip to Boston has been successful. Bye for now. Slàinte 🥃

What a splendid coat! I've had my eye on the camel version for a little while, but that navy is simply gorgeous! How do you find the sizing? Would you mind awfully if I asked which size you ended up going for? And the bag is beautiful - I love the bamboo handles! Also, congratulations on the exciting news!
Thank you so much ❤ the camel version is absolutely stunning, I am normally a size 8 but this coat is a size 6 and it’s a perfect fit! So I think there sizing is a little generous! I hope that helps xxx

Lovely video! I am surprised riding side-saddle hasn't been consigned to the "regrettable history" books, along with foot binding! It's dangerous and created by misogyny. We woman can open our legs and ride a horse naturally and safely now surely and forget about side-saddle!
I have ridden side saddle for 28 yrs now and feel far safe than riding astride! I have a rare muscle condition and for many years my hips would pinch nerves in my hips/top of my legs when riding astride and I couldn’t feel my feet when getting off! So for me and many other ladies side saddle is a wonderful option.
