My vomiting experiences werent dealed with calm, so I did develope a massive fear of vomiting, I wish someone reassured me that vomiting Is a normal thing when I was younger. I really appreciated this video. :)

If you think vomiting while snorkelling is bad, it's even nastier when you vomit during a scuba dive...! Thankfully the equipment is pretty good at dealing with it, but yeah... it's not super uncommon.
