Good idea. If I warm up at the drumkit, it takes quite long and is a torture. I think a skipping rope would also do the job, because it involves also the wrists and calves.

So........end of February i saw back the Fleshgod Apocalypse (in)famous video of 'The Violation' (+some others). Yesterday i discovered & subscribed to official CZcams channel by them (i still not addicted to their albums, will fix this soon!) on a rehearsals video with Francesco and Eugene, and today i see Eugene recorded a session here with Marthyn.
Tha fak.........everything is pushing me to Fleshgod Apocalypse while Apocalypse of coronaViruz is striking us in italy so hard. Well....lets stay home and listen music.....and listen FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE !!!!!!!!!!!!! #Daje
I love how most missed the point that it's about getting yourself up to speed before the show when you don't have a setup and time to warm up on drums for half an hour. He even said don't think this is about the leg muscle, it's about getting blood flowing and heart pumping.
Hahaha I make a cardio training at least once in a week 😅😅 so It can help in the warm-up before drumming! Personally I didn't though in that way to warm up before going to any stage

Saludos Maestros . Les escribo desde Bs. As. Argentina 🇦🇷 Sigo y miro todos sus videos . Pero tengo un grave problema y es que sólo hablo español ! Osea que con suerte y mucha deducción logró interpretar el 20/30% d lo que dicen 🤦🏾♂️sería posible que le pongan subtítulos en español a los videos . Muchas Gracias Abrazo Metalero y son 2 grandes inspiraciones para mí ! Ojalá algún día yegue a tener sus técnica y velocidad .
Hola; ya tiene subtítulos. Marca la opción de subtítulos, te aparecerán en inglés. Vete a la rosca de Configuración (está al lado, a la dcha) - subtítulos - traducir automáticamente - y eliges español.
