My favorite part of this video was marc trying to convince us he wouldn't do a 3 marine hellion expand and then immediately taking it back.
I don't think it was the viewers that were in need of convincing in the first place though :-)
I love how the most times enemies are cheesing uThermal sees that as a free win. But when he is doing the cheese it is Top10 on EU.

Same here. I tried to play SC2 not long after it released but I am absolutely garbage at RTS' so I quit. For some reason CZcams recommended the videos and I've had a blast watching him have so much wholesome fun even though I don't really understand it much at all.

The spirit of the rule is that you are launching your deciding attack by 6 minutes, imo. Reinforcing that attack should be fine.

A strategy suggestion... for 2v2!?
Zerg+Terran, where Zerg rushes for mutalisks, Terran rushes for medivacs, loaded with extra SCVs to self-repair. Harass with the mutas, circling the wounded back to the safe-zone of medivacs and scv/turrets, to gain *durable* map-control; player 1 is focused on muta+vac control while player 2 macros the entire map and shares resources, to keep the engine running. If Terran wants to be macro, you can land far-forward PFs as soon as the mutas are flying, taking the bases your foe would take *last* , to lay claim to more than half of the map and to mine from the enemy's side first. If Zerg is macro, Terran mules' minerals can be transferred for more efficient hatchery-spam & mass queens. You'll want *plenty* of medivacs, because they re-charge mana constantly to a higher total, while Mutalisks only heal to 100% - a Medivac for every Muta is not insane, because it gives enough staying-power and recharge-pace to wear-down defenses. Just remember to auto-repair, because if the Muta's are caught-out without healing support, you are doomed!
Absolutely love this series, it's so good as I go through the backlog, a real favorite even among all your content. The time limit is something I hate for myself but adore watching others try and manage, just like speedrunning itself. Also if you're still wondering, native English speakers tend to say "air superiority" or "air supremacy"... though "air control" does sound like a fighting game thing which is kind of fitting. It occurred to me how builds and scouting and reads have such fighting game energy because it's a 1v1.

When it comes to the rules about time limit. You can always make a hard-stop time at 8minutes, and from 6min on, if you stop being ahead, you count it as a loss.
When I first seen Starcraft 2 I was amazed by reapers it was Maru and a zerg match and in that match two reapers and a hellion destroyed the early game . You can't not be impressed by a man with a jetpack riding into the most dangerous place and fight against the numbers and sacrifice himself for his team to have a good early game. I love mass reapers but they're only good in the early game so seeing this many reaper brings me joy.

I somehow missed this video in real time, but a quick work to all plebs playing the game - I saw the Boar Bus in uThermal's Terran school years ago, and started using it against Protoss. It's a killer build. I'm at D3 with 3300 MMR, and I win about 90% of my games against Protoss, only doing this build. Its only weak spot is DT's, but now with the fast Raven coming in the next patch, it will be even better.
On the other hand I lose about 90% of my games against Zerg, so if you have a good strat against them, let me know :(

After following all of beastyqt's challenges, i never thought id enjoy another streamer again. I was wrong! I love the challenges, and love his commentary, its so damn fun.
It's ok to warp in as long as it is by a warp prism or pylon that is part of the final attack. Doing so from a base is a different story.
Doing so from a base is a million times worse anyway.

re. that last players salty message. roughly 1 in 5 people will die from it or someone they are close to will. so any time someone says that, you have a 1 in 5 chance that its going to haunt them in the future.
I think the brissa brisa thing was a Portuguese player asking what race you were, i think it means roughly "people" in Portuguese, as in "which people (race)"

Barracks first, double gas, marine into reactor, pull two from gas at 2:15, dont build 4th depot until you are 39/39.
It can hit as early as 3:45 with 6 hellbats, 2 marauders, a marine and a medivac and concussive almost done.
planetary rush + thor proxy. Does it work? rebuilding SCV to repair thor sounds good to me

i think reenforcing with all races are fine as long as the 6 min attack is still ongoing. You can set rally point in opponents base np, but if you are stopped and the attack at any point is broken, then you cc :)
10 minute challenge; can only defend your self... and expand for ten minutes and scout.. before you can assault your enemy, kind of like a friendly peace treaty movement game, but on the ladder, 10 minute peace to grand master. lol

Don't know all the rules that have been suggested, but it sounds fair to stop worker production and not build anymore buildings. So you are allowed to use the existing infrastructure for fighting units and that's it.
I think this MMR range of the players have not in the history of SC2 suffered from "CZcamsman attack" yet, so they are surprisingly vulnerable.

I am actually not surprised. One thing is, I am eune player (I know disgusting) but in here we on auto fill I noticed this order after preseason (jungle changes) ->
Support -> ADC -> Top -> jgl -> mid.
Before jungle change jgl was in place of top. Metric? 2800 games in season and 200 in preseason. Yeah. Fuck my lif amright?
What was the total MMR gained? Maybe it wasn't shown on purpose but I'm dying to know because of how high up you are

Google translate says that last opponent was French and they said the word "broke" twice, so I can only assume they were already salty about Terran and were basically saying it is a broken race. I could be wrong of course, but it seems likely.
