Extremely bad customer service and faulty boards by IOT. Due to extremely bad experience with past orders stopped buying IOT products. Inkocean sends untested boards. I ordered 2 boards, both faulty. Customer support is bakwas. Finally asked to send it back for replacement. *** Courier charges to return is at customer cost. Toh unse board kyu khareedenge?
DO NOT CONSIDER ANY PRODUCT: undoubtably good product. but after sale service is too BAD. phone number mentioned in their website is switched off all the time. They don't even reply to mail properly. and if your product gets damaged the don't even provide any warranty. they will charge you 300 INR for service + cost of damaged parts. So, think twice before buy.

Aur agar nahi dilwa paye to apna comment delete kar dijyea ga. Mere ko yahi pe link send kar dijyea jaha mil raha hoga, mera waada raha main khareed ke aapko bill dikha dunga aur product ka rate bhi sasta kar dunga. Dekhte hai bakwaas kon kar raha hai.
