"Damage is now reduced by the Knight's Armor/MR" on knight's vow is HUGE. Knights vow used to generate more damage for the enemy team because it was true damage with no mitigation from carry or support! A BIG BUFF
A Teemo is 100 units, so its 1,500 Teemo's, not 150,000

I'm sorta heartbroken about ingenious hunter being removed - there are a few items with long cooldowns that are really high impact (redemption, zhonyas, cryptbloom - depending on the champ) spending so much on redemption for it to not be available in every fight makes me sad :(
I don't really think Supports could *ever* use Ingenious as well as Fighters can, aside from Sweeper. The Rune was just so broken on Trade Items and Long Combat Patterns that it was impossible to keep fair in the game.

Trying to think of supports that could actually use Jack of all Trades without the build being a mess as you say... The issue is: you have to get something out of a lot of different stats, care about the extra haste and adaptive force, AND use the inspiration tree. One support that comes to mind is Rakan... it would be fairly niche, but not crazy. If you built:
Zeke's Convergence (Great on Rakan)
Staff of flowing water OR Ardent Censer (Reasonable on Rakan)
Merc's treads (Reasonable if the other team has a lot of CC)
Any completed support item
That gives you: Move speed, Health, Armor, MR, Ability Haste, Mana Regen, Health Regen, AP, Heal and Shield Power and Tenacity. That's 10 at your second item + boots, a point you could reasonably get to in a game. That's a payoff of 10 ability haste and 25 adaptive force for a reasonable build, which seems like a pretty good payoff... Rakan scales well with AP.
You'd have to plan on buying mercs in advance by looking at the enemy team, there is no other good way to get tenacity. Though you could potentially go for another item that gives mana to get to 10. Seems doable, something to try.

Do you think with the new dawncore buff, that a shield karma build will come back?
I was stuck in low silver for the last few seasons but picked up milio spamming him and got to plat with a 70% win rate, the boy is crazy strong
is it worth coming back by now? didnt play since a few months felt extremely unrewarding ever since the new season for me

Because she's too team dependent, if you want to climb you need to play mages or playmakers

Yuumi is an extremely low agency champion, I'd recommend playing any other Enchanter/Engage support
Yuumi is good with Tristana, Nilah and Zeri, but with any other ADC there are better support champions you can play.
