The side tuck works without a bra too if you get it tight enough against your body (doesn't have to be too tight, but probably a little tighter than in the video). Not as secure as with the bra -still fairly secure-, but works too if you wanna toy around with it.

If you don't wear a bra yet you could probably get a shirt from the boys section and get a size that fits your shoulders but short on your waist. Just remember to be modest. :)
