I came from Park Now and I‘m a bit confused. Do I really have to choose for how long I am going to park? Is there no start button and when I return to my car I hit the stop button?
Where is the advantage to a ticket machine?
Camera parking is a really smart way for easy park to get double pay for a parking. Example: A customer of EP gets a rental car because the regular car needs repairs. So customer registers hire car in the app. Then when customer gets regular car back the app pings to aay that hired car (now with another driver) has just started a parking. So because there is no way to stop the camera parking in the app the customer who didn't park gets charged, plus the actual driver doing the parking also pays a parking fee.
Tried this the first time yesterday. When I got to the car my time was already up and I didn't get the 15 minutes notification. I checked the setting and the notification was enabled.

Waarom is jullie app zo ontwikkeld dat de locatie altijd kosten heeft? Waarom als mijn locatie exact is jullie app toch de dichtsbijzijnde betaald automaat aangeeft. Ik zit in een niet betalende gebied dan geen betaald automaat automatisch selecteren. Verwarrend en lijkt als of je toch kosten wilt verrekenen.

Hey, do you know that the Download/Confirmation link does not work on the EasyPark portal for users? There is also no support service.
How can you see the parking rate per hour on the app ?
Why not just tap to start parking and tap again to stop it and pay just the amount we need like in other more practical app? Your system has the exact same disadvantage payment coin have and that you claim to solve : overstimating the parking time, plus it adds 30 cents to each transactions....
Totally agree, from a user experience it does not make any sense and profits only the company behind it and doesn’t improve the user experience.
Easypark is another way to keep track on you. Wherever you go is recorded and now there is info even on where you park.

Easy Park is an awful company. I paid by phone and got a ticket anyway.
You don’t get much for the money you spend at Easy Park either. Their garages and lots smell like urine and security is poor. I’ve been hassled multiple times in Easy Park facilities.
Unhygienic, potentially dangerous, and inept; park somewhere else if you can.
I got scammed out of 500 SEK due to your app not updating my registration number correctly. The customer service agents refuse to look into it properly. You people scam your customers, and disgust me.
Who on earth could follow the instructions on this video. Another example of total thoughlessness.

I have been using this app for 3 years. The instructions are self explanatory. Very easy to use.

There are some useless videos on CZcams that are nothing but junk and should be taken down and this is one of them
