Mazda MX-5 Miata (2016+): How to Install Flyin' Miata / MX5things Sequential Sidemarkers ND ND2 ND3

  • This video shows the steps required to install the LED turn signal sidemarkers (standard or sequential options) on a fourth generation Mazda MX-5 Miata (2016+ - including ND1, ND2, ND3, soft top and/or RF variants). This video should apply to the Flyin' Miata, MX5things, and nearly all other aftermarket turn signal sidemarker options. The specific car in this video is a 2020 MX-5 RF Grand Touring.
    These sidemarkers from Flyin' Miata appear to be OEM quality, while getting rid of the orange tint inside the light housing (due to the factory orange halogen bulb). These also have a very clean, classy-looking sequential sequence, which I believe is more noticeable, therefore providing more visibility to other motorists on the road. I would also say the LED lights are 50% brighter than the factory turn signal bulb/housing. These do come in both a clear or smoke lens. I opted for the clear to better blend in with my Snowflake White Pearl Mica exterior color. On a dark colored car, I think the smoke lenses would look excellent.
