He's actually singing in English and Italian. He speaks very little English and almost no Italian. He is Pilipino and speaks the language (Tagalog) of that country. He is also changing the type of voice he is using, going from pop to classical opera and back. In a country where almost everyone is a world-class singer, Marcelito stands out as one of the best.

Marcelito is a master of the technique of doble kara or dual voice well known and greatly admired in the Philippines.
He won Filipinos Got Talent in 2011 and has been well known there and around the world in Filipino communities in the USA, Canada, Dubai etc ever since. An earlier tour of his was called the Voices of Marcelito.
Amazing guy all around. He sings Despacito (2 voices on that one) and Bailando in Spanish as well. Despacito he learned because he was going to perform at a wedding the king of Spain was attending and he wanted to sing something in Spanish.
He has an amazing backstory of literally growing up on the streets alone from the age of 7 and is a very kind man who does hands on charitable efforts every year.

I love Marcelito Pomoy, he is actually singing in Italian too. Yes the Wish Bus is a radio station and recording studio that goes around the city, they brought the Wish Bus to Universal Studios in California; now there is a Wish Bus USA. Marcelito did not have formal training. He was an orphan at the age of 7 and lived in the streets, his mother abandoned him and his dad was in jai, worked at a chicken farm for food and shelter, he said will sing when he gets scared at night and that is how he learned how to sing.n He now donates money and food to the less fortunate in the Philippines and he remains humble and respectful that is why I admire and love him even more. He had a bad start in life as a child, his mother left, his father was in prison and Marcelito was held in the prison with his father at a young age around 4 or 5. He was then put out onto the streets at 7 with no support. He got a job looking after chickens and he used to sing to them at night. Someone heard him and gave him some music to listen too, which this was one. At this time, he neither speaks or understands English or Italian. So as you can hear he mimics the voices of both singers , which as a singing feat is quite extraordinary how accurate he is.
He is not a trained singer. But this performance broke him out into the world, and he has been singing ever since. He is now married with a family of his own and has made up with his father. (Not sure if his mother came back or not)

This list of artists are known for youtube reactions and for some don't necessarily have strong fandoms (for some less than 1 M ) The strongest on your list are Black Pink (92M globally) Hua Chenyu (40M but only in China for abroad it's unquantifiable doesn't have a personal youtube account ) for the others it's much less

He is ok, but in my opinion he just doesn’t do it for me like Dimash does. Dimash is the GOAT. There is just something missing with Marcelito. I can’t put my finger on it.
Dimash has had training from 5yrs old and from a musical family he is a very accomplished and elaborate singer. He is also a diva and will only perform if everything is perfect and on stage. Marcelito was living on the streets from 7yrs old is self taught, humble and funny, he will perform on the biggest stage in America in front of millions of people or on a bus, he sings in many voices genre's and languages. I actually find his voice soothing but that's just me
