The sound engineer teased that he had swallowed Celine so at the end he pretended to expel her.
Loved your reaction. Please note that the Marcelito is a humble, kind, and naturally gifted singer without any vocal training. I made a comment above to some who said he was an orphan, which he is not. Parents are still living, but mother just left him to survive alone on the streets at ages 7-15 years of age, father was in prison. Look into his personal story and you will be blown away at who is as an exceptional human being. No ego, always giving back.

Spencer, you are fortunate to have found Marcelito. The fans ahead of me have given you a lot of information about Marcelito so I'll just toss in a few more facts; he is a Philippino whose native language is Tagalog, yet he impersonated Celine's and Andrea's voices, in her French-tinged English and his Italian, meticulously. That funny thing he does after the song is his humble sense of humor - the Sound Engineers were teasing him about his "female" voice so he was "removing" it. He has a charming stage presence and does many famous duets - each time capturing female and male parts flawlessly. He has an incredible album called "Duet Yourself" of famous duets on his personal YT account in which he double records the male/female voices. That allows him to overlay the harmonies - with himself. This song "The Prayer", overlay recorded, is spectacular. Welcome to the World of Marcelito.

Marcelito is self-taught. He was orphaned at a young age and used to sing on the streets in the Philippines for money. He learned how to sing by mimicking voices.
He does not always do duets and you might want to react to his cover of Celine Dion's Power of Love.
Unfortunately, he wasn’t orphaned but even worse, deserted to survive on the streets at age 7 by his mother who just left. Father was in prison. He survived doing odd jobs until at least 15.

Spencer, Marcelito takes this song to yet another level in the release of his album, "Duet Yourself". Since it is a tracked recording, he includes all of the harmonies where Bocelli and Dion sing together in harmony. It is quite beautiful with Marcelito singing the lead (Bocelli) in tenor/baritone and the alto harmony (Dion) in countertenor. This song also includes a marvelous background orchestra. I’ve been told by other singers that he’s singing in Counter Tenor & Baritone. He’s self taught. No Professional training. At the end he had been teased by the engineers about his high voice & he’s spitting it out. Great video. Listen to him on AGT singing the Beauty & the Beast.

Your singer friends are partially correct. Counter tenor is a style of singing and baritone is a voice type, a categorization of vocal weight, like a guitar compared to a ukelele. Often professional counter tenors are baritones (voice type) that prefer to sing in their head voice rather than in their chest voice. Marcelito is a tenor (voice type) singing in his head voice the style of a counter tenor for part of it, and the rest like a tenor, like Andrea Bochelli. He made that gesture at the end because his sound engineer teased him that he swallowed Celine Dion, saying okay you can spit her out now. And he obliged with a grin at the end.

Actually Marcelito's nickname is Mars. The Wikipedia notation is wrong. Mars Dual was his stage name before he gained Filipino national recognition by winning the 2nd Filipinos Got Talent contest. Doble Kara or Dual voice is the technique and well known in the Philippines.
