  • One day later, fixed my JARD trigger. Still need to do more to get this gun where I want it to be but at least I now have a functioning trigger that is not total garbage.

When I talked to Jard about tuning my T-bolt Jard trigger they told me I had to hold back on the safety while pulling the bolt out. I think it’s designed to have back pressure on the safety while pulling the bolt rearward. Since learning that I’ve never had an issue.

I just put a Jard trigger on my T bolt and found it to be very easy to replace the standard Browning trigger. I obtained the 16 oz trigger and found it to be exceptional! I have been hunting ground hogs with my T-bolt WMR and it was difficult to get a good trigger release with the standard trigger, caused me to have at least one and probably two misses. After replacing the trigger, I went hunting and was able to bag a ground hog at 80 yards. Very expensive but I found it to be a pleasure to use. After all, I shoot the 22 WMR a hundred times as often as I do the 223, so where should I spend the money? I had no need to alter anything on the Jard, it worked well as sent to me.🤔

I didn't have the bolt come out.. but had the gun fire when the safety was meant to be on..

Hmm - after seeing this not sure I want the Jard trigger; it needs too much configuration for the amount of money you have to pay for it.

Yeah, the Jard is expensive but in the end I did put it back in and now I'm not having the bolt pull out so go figure. I don't know what has changed because I have done nothing to mitigate the problem. Bending the spring is certainly the way to go.
