This is great. I will be using this to help coach both galloping and penultimate. I've never seen someone use the little hurdle to force it. How have I never seen this?
Because the internet is filled with trash and violence...
Exactly!
thank you! helpful for other coaches out there!
This was so informative- thx for sharing!!
Спасибо Больше ..очень хорошее видео...
im in a county final just by luck. i have no idea how to do the long jump. someone help.
How did it go?
I jumped 13 ft sum in 7th grade so I can't wait to see what I can do now after years of break
same thing w me i’m a sophomore now and jumped 19ft 6 in today for my first time since 7th
I only can jump really 4ft cause they don’t teach us positions or anything they just say jump on the line and don’t put your hand behind you. So I have a track meet later so I’m practicing the first one.
4 meters*
COACH love that Hitch Kick.. lol
Great drills;)
Glad you like them!
AT MY TRACK MEET I GOT 8.5 feet. OML
sophia colvin that’s it?
jenna dewitt ha. Your comment made me chuckle 😂
sophia colvin damn I got 17 and I was and at myself... 8.5 is literally only 6 inches into the pit
Will y'all stop hating you did great don't listen to them
cherry cola no... no she didn’t
👏👍
I'm in a county finale too just by luck please someone help I don't have anywere to practice a technique
I just started the long jump and during my first meet, I jumped 13 ft. My coach tells me that I don't have a pop and it just looks like I'm doing a normal step when I jump off the board. Is there any drills to help improve explosiveness and power?
Joyce Lu single leg bounding/skipping helped for my long jumper
I've just realized this last week, I get decently far without the penultimate step (my current pr is 18' 7") but I don't pop up, so I've been trying to figure out how to actually implement it in my run up, cause I think I could get at least 20' if I do get it right, only thing that sucks is the coaches don't help us with jumping so we have to kinda teach ourselves. Some of the guys naturally have good technique, and I have naturally good hops, but struggle to apply it with my technique
Supr
now I have to do this for schol
god help me
Just jump from the white line as far as you can. That’s what I did without ever doing it before. Got 16.65
They threw me in long jump and 400m race when I am thrower so I google how to do these event couple our before meet
This is triple jump not long jump
dUdIES MAniAC no triple jump is 1 leg jump, step, 2 leg jump into sand
