Missing a target due to faulty intelligence or mechanical errors (factors that are beyond the military's control) is not a war crime, purposely killing non-combatants is. The US military doesn't get anything out of killing innocent civilians so they're certainly not doing it on purpose, however we can all agree that these easily preventable "mistakes" occur way too often and are likely caused by operator fatigue and faulty intelligence.

@@namesurname9105 Would we accept "faulty intelligence" and "mechanical failures" as valid excuses if Russia or China did this? I doubt we would. We would be releasing statements condemning them and there would be some sanctions on the people involved. Who has been held accountable this time? This isn't the first time this has happened,at what point does something that keeps happening stop being an accident? Does the military have a culture that doesn't value non American lives? This an institution that let a man who took pictures with the dead body of a man he had tortured to death walk without facing any real consequences and i still don't know what happened to that gunman who shot a journalist from a helicopter and it's over a decade since it happened. The military might not have an incentive to commit war crimes but it has fostered the type of culture that has lead to wars crime being committed, and the only reason they're not called as such is because they control the narrative.

why anything against American government is never reveled by any other international news agency ? because America don't let them ! This is their common practice making their own media question them before any other country try to do ! and if they do , just declare them terrorist nation and invaded and let your civilians think they are paying taxes because their soldiers are at war , in few years America will invade some other country because they need to keep the cycle running
