So, Nate Robinson’s kids went to my camp and were a year older than me. When he was touring the camp to see if it was nice. I met him, he is really nice and gave me an autograph. To be 5’9 in the NBA is remarkable all the props go to him and hopefully he can make a comeback soon!

I did that second dunk in a game had a fast break when I was 16 I'm 5'8 with 0 hops lol my teammate got down and I hopped on his back and he lifted me up by getting up as I stepped on his back and it pushed me higher and the refs called a tech and didn't count the bucket but the crowd got hyped lol

Similarly, doing a front flip while dunking off a mini-trampoline looks like it might be quite difficult, but it wouldn't fly in an NBA dunk contest because, again, it wouldn't be the player dunking himself. Personally, I've seen middle schoolers jump off their friend's backs for one-handed dunks. It can be dangerous, but it never appeared to be terribly difficult; and it most certainly should not have a place in an NBA dunk contest.
