Looks great dude I'm planning on doing this but i will just get the entire rear bumper that comes with the diffuser...they sell them like this....also notice your plates...i live in capitol hill...lol great video :-)

I’m having the same issue. How did you get it to “stretch” to the driver’s side to fit? How has the double-sided tape worked out?

Alex Ehrhart I taped one of the sides down really really well into place and then I heated up the other side with a hair drier a bit to soften it up and I quickly taped it into place and screwed it all down and yes the double sided tape worked great I just used a sharpie to color the white part of the tape so you can’t see it and then I peeled all the tape off after all screws were installed and it stayed in pretty well

remove your bumper and install the diffuser. it will fit better than not removing the bumper and direct installing it.

Good video & info, thanks! Your diffuser looks nice from a design POV - but honestly, the fitment is sh*t!
I have a similar looking CF diffuser for my E92 335i lying around, which I am going to install in a couple of months (waiting for spring) - BUT if the fitment is as bad as yours, it is simply coming straight off again! - would then just rather settle with the boring original M tech diffuser
