If you plan to do the day pool parties stay at the strip. they are always fun. but the closer you are to the speed way the better. If you are driving, traffic will a pain.
probably yes, I have a camel bag and a fanny bag. in my camel bag I carry less valuable items like baby wipes and gum. my fanny bag carries all the important items such as ID and phone. Last year i witness someone snatch a back pack of a persons hand. I recommend to stay vigilant at all times. I lost my phone the first year at EDC (8 EDCs ago) and learned to live in the moment. I hope you enjoy EDC as much as I do!
You mention something about Michelin star 3 course deals “at edc” - did you mean edc or in Vegas because I cannot find ANYTHING about any such extra unique activities.
It's not worth it unless you have a large group to split the cost and you try to get to the festival as early as possible. I ubered alone back in 2018 at my first EDC and bought a Tropicana shuttle pass while I sat in traffic to use for the rest of the weekend. I did shuttles for 2019 and 2021 as well and they improved every single year. Shuttle in or at most try to nab the parking passes if you can. Last resort before ubering, look on online edc groups to see if you can get including in a carpool.

4 year edc attendee here. I did camping for the first time in 2022 and I'm never going back to staying on the strip if I can help it
Edc 2024 will be my first festival. I’m confused on where to stay and book my hotel. Anyone on here have advice or tips? Also shuttle service??

Quite a bit of money if you asked me. Probably $200-$250 one way
