- Suzuki DR650 Goof-off ride coming back from a parts run at the Suzuki dealer. Nice ride for charging the battery and putting the "Super DR650" to work. Looking at the new computer chip plant from Taiwan that stripped the desert of its beauty, enjoying a killer Cheese Burger. Hanging with "Dual Sport AZ" and his Tenere 1200 made for a fun day out.

Love it Dave !!! - Just awesome seeing "know" territory !!!
Pilot Dane! Thank you for the comment, yes Sir I was in the holy land of the world-famous OBI-WAN. Fun just goofing off on the DR650.
61F, perfect riding weather. Your DR650 looks like it is more than adequate for leisurely riding!
Hi Tim, it was a perfect day for a bit of exploring and just having fun on the neglected DR650. We both felt better after the ride. Thank you.
Great to see you out appreciating your DR650. A great day to be alive.
ROB !!!!
I truly was appreciative of the DR650, I had forgotten how fun the little bugger can be and what a great all-around machine it really is. Lots of smiles per mile. 🙃
Gotta love those heated grips! Also, Forkzilla sounds great! That carby rebuild went well!
THE MIGHTY DOC 650 !!!!
DOC650 ... Heated grips are a nice touch for sure, I had forgotten the little guy had them, and I had forgotten that the DR650 can really check off all the boxes as a solid dual sport. Thank you for watching.
@@verbalwidget7267 Yes Sir! The DR is such a great Dual Sport for sure!
My son received a full scholarship, and has a degree in Nanoscale Engineering.
He called me during his first semester and said "" Yeah, so I really hate the clean rooms. (They are wrapped head to toe while working) I am going to order an LSAT prep book."
Kids today do not want to work at Chip plants it seems! - Frank
FRANK !!!
@@pilotdane1 Howdy Obi-Wan! - Frank
Replacing a part on a DR650 that's only eleven years old? Seems premature! - Frank
Spot on - He has no idea what he's doing !!!!!
That's what I thought too, but that clutch is stiffer than it uses to be or maybe I'm getting older than I use to be ... I would hate to have it fail at the worst possible place, so I have one on the way, so it is smooth like butter again.
" I THINK IT SAYS PAUSE" !!!!
I'm sure it did! Nobody out there but me and the crickets. Great to hear from you OBI-WAN master Jedi of the DR650.
