- In here I compare both previous and present version of DBFZ's Cooler.
This time, he received huge buffs to his buttons and punish game !
As a Cooler main, I'm very happy about that, he has always been a well designed character.

I am so happy with the buffs
Cooler is already monster in pressure play and closing the gap by having tools that beat almost every physical attack and assist
And then he gets OTG that can connect into combo by using resource (assist or super). Holy shit no wonder i got sauced so hard by cooler 5 times today... He's such a monster now...
I'm just glad I might get to fight cooler instead of the same 4 people
I like that lower tier characters got good this patch now everyone is viable
I disagree. Cooler had very predictable pressure for a long time. It was super hard to pressure with him because of how telegraphed he was
I love the tone of these videos and how positive they are. "This character really shines after this patch!" Just makes me happy :-)
As a cooler main this is the type of buffs I've always wanted for him and its time to go crazy in ranked

The moment i saw the superdash connect from the YEAAAAAH beam i actually verbally yelled YEAAAAAAAH i cannot help my cooler main instincts to yell YEAAAAAH at any buffs given to cooler
Cooler's otg buff might be the.....coolest... (damn it) buff in the whole patch since it fits so well with what the move looks like and really is. i don't even play Cooler and i can appreciate it
A while ago I was practicing a TOD with cooler and I was 1k damage off but now with these changes my TOD combo will work but I can probably find a way more optimal one too! These buffs are awesome!

It really doesnât, as he barely gets long enough sliding knockdown from any of his moves
@@incorporatedinc6058 Uhmmm yea it does, having cooler as usually point (unless youâre just dumb and try him mid or god forbid anchor) helps having 2 assists in the cannon to help combo off it and having sliding off his dp
@@ashley_s4587 the sliding off his dp isnât long enough to use it because it has such slow startup. Also coolers a pretty good anchor with his plus divekicks and his stagger pressure

I honestly don't get why people are so excited with theses buffs, his biggest problem still remains, the fact that he can't really open people up. I guess they wanted to reinforce his identity as a strong neutral/defensive, high damage character but a lot of the cast got similar buffs like him. The 5L buff is really good though.
