  • “Mumbai 3.0: The Future of Urban Planning” by Shankar Deshpande gives a glimpse into how transit-oriented development can transform the haphazard and unplanned megacity of Mumbai into an urban paradise.
    TEDxKESShroffCollege is an independently organized TED event at KES Shroff College, Mumbai, India. The theme of the event was “Challenges - It’s Easy”. The event hosted six talks throwing light on various challenges faced in the areas such as urban planning, media, mental health, public policy, and entrepreneurship.
    Kandivali Education Society's B. K. Shroff College of Arts and M. H. Shroff College of Commerce, popularly known as KES Shroff College is an Autonomous institution of higher education located in the western suburbs of Mumbai, India. Over 11k+ students are enrolled here for an undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral program in Commerce, Finance, Management, or Media at any time of the year. KES Shroff College became the first college in western India to receive a QS I-Gauge rating. Shankar Deshpande is a Chief, Town & Country Planning Division, Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA). He has represented Mumbai in several international conferences on Urban Planning. His specialization lies in conserving water bodies and greenery in the cities while making urban transport more efficient.     The Fact is Modi and Fadnavis never prioritised Mumbai metro between 2014 to 2019.Even now the progress is so slow and delayed.
    Modi romances with Gujarat and Devendra flirts with Nagpur.
    We don't have a visionary leader for Mumbai and Thane. Eknath shinde is good but he may not win again sadly
