That’s a simple but delicious preparation that you can use for some appetizers or starters, by spreading it on bread, toasts, bagels, etc.
The process is really simple. Cut the eggplants, bake them 50 min at 210°C.
Collect the flesh, then mix with the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Let it cool down! It’s done!

Bonjour à tous ! Aujourd'hui, nous allons préparer un caviar d'aubergine !
Il s'agit d'une préparation simple mais délicieuse que vous pouvez utiliser pour des apéritifs ou des entrées, en la tartinant sur du pain, des toasts, des bagels, etc.
Le procédé est très simple. Couper les aubergines, les faire cuire 50 min à 210°C.
