Here are two pretty close games I had with rat, I'm starting to feel like if you play this guy optimally he got WAY stronger with Time To Kill reduction from 11.6, blackthorn gives him a great start in duel and he's just an overall underrated god in any game mode.

Crit corn is way better than the ability acorn. It pairs so good with upgraded deathbringer + your dash can hit and you get increased basic attack + lifesteal. And 25% crit chance off a 2000 gold item

When you go rat and your late game try not to use ur 2 if ur within auto range cuz your autos will deal more dps than your 2. Your 2 falls off late game it should only be used if your not within auto range or to clear minions

Surely it’s still good to start with the 2 for the prot shred? I don’t play duel but when I run this build in cq my combo is blink 2, auto, 3, auto, 1

@@Knight_Horus the 2 is a long cast ability you want to blink 3 first. For the stun then auto dash auto then 2. You want to do the 2 last cuz it takes long to cast

@@ispyviidz8069 by the time you get your two off the enemy will most likely have dashed or ulted or interrupted your 2. You should only use your 2 if they have no escape

Is 600 Gold worth 10% Crit is what you gotta ask yourself, it seems like it's good. 10% Crit is surely better than a T1 item but is it worth delaying yo0ur next T3 power spike I guess is the real question

you already had a power pot so it doesnt seem wrong ever to get the upgrade in dmg

It’s probably fine that I went it given how much power and pen I already had, but early on I think other stats are better otherwise you crit for low damage

@@Captaintwiggy yes i agree 25% crit chance off the bat for a 2000 gold item is kinda broken. It should give 15% then an extra .5 per level. So 25% at level 20
