- In this interview with Sat Prem we are going to explore the topics of authentic relating, circling as well as other topics around relating authentically and consciously with each other. Sat Prem is an Authentic Relating and Circling facilitator as well as a Spiritual Mentor and Relating Coach. She has also done a four-year long retreat with non-dual teacher Mooji and she has extensive educations in topics such as kundalini yoga, dance, movement, body-mind psychotherapy and more. In the interview, we explore the five foundational practices of authentic relating which are “Welcome Everything”, “Assume Nothing”, “Reveal Your Experience”, “Own Your Experience” and “Honor Self and Other”. Also, we touch on further topics such as embodiment, making the implicit explicit, humility and dignity, curiosity and exploring grounding and connecting through playing around with feeling the back and the heart. Join us on a co-creation through those topics and learn about relating authentically with human beings along the way!
