- This video provides a couple of examples where the electoral college votes between Joe Biden and Donald Trump are tied at 269-269.
If a tie occurs the House of Representatives will then elect the next President. Currently the Republicans are a majority in Congress and if this remains the case later this year this would result in a Trump presidency... but the outcome of the House election in November 2024 does not mean that this scenario is a forgone conclusion.
The Senate also decides who the Vice President will be, which currently the Democrats have a majority. Could we see a Trump presidency with Kamala Harris as his Vice President....

It goes to to the House of Representatives and they vote. So that's in the Constitution.
For dems to break even with Trump they would have to find by any means possible about 4 to 5 mil. Shares. If you use 2020 as a guide.
